NOTICE TO THE PRESS
The President has signed H.J. Res. 406 - Presentation by the
United States of a statue to Israel. This bill authorizes and
directs the President to accept, on behalf of the United States,
a statue of Abraham Lincoln from its owners and to present such
statue to Israel on behalf of the United States.
