POOL REPORT #3 - Reception Milwaukee Press Club
Ford arrived at the Regency Room right on time, shook 1 ands with about
25 members and guests. He stopped for several minutes talking to one of
the prettier members named Margaret Pearson. After a number of pictures
were taken of the two, Ford asked "Where's David? " After spotting Kennerly
among the crowd of photographers, ,Ford asked ifhe got a picture. Kennerly
responded "Yes" and Ford came back with, "Just let him take the picture.
Don't talk to him. 11 Kennerly smiled. With that the 5-minute reception ended
and the President left.
