Takasugi, of Montebello, California, to be a United States District Judge for the Central District of California. He will succeed E. Avery Crary who retired effective December 31, 1975. Since August, 1975, Mr. Takasugi has been a Judge of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. A biographical sketch is attached. ### ROBERT M.
