TEXT OF A LETTER FROM THE
PRESIDENT TO THE SPEAKER OF THE
HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE

Dear Mr. Speaker:
(Dear Mr. President:)
This letter forwards the report of executive branch
activity in 1975 to comply with the Privacy Act of
1974 in accordance with the provisions of Section 3(p)
of the Act.
This is the first annual report under the Act which
I signed on December 31, 1974. It includes both a
summary description and assessment of agency activities
under the Privacy Act, and a list of agency personal
data systems subject to the Act.
