OCR Page 1 of 2Supervisor on the first of every month as to the industrial
condition of the Indians, and their proposed industrial plans
for the coming summer, and then as to the progress from month
to month on the several reservations. Give the General Super-
visor a copy of the letter to all the agents and superintend-
ents notified as above. Then after the notification has been
sent, order the General Supervisor to visit the reservations
in the States and Territories mentioned, so that by the end
of the season he can report to the Department in full as to
the general conditions and industrial progress, and make such
recormmendations as may seom necessary.
