Following are some of the thinga which need to be done on
arrival in Paris of which, having been done in the next few days
by IC, should be checked by you soon after arrival:
1. List of delegates authorized to xing sign delegation
telegrams to Washington.
2. Approved distribution within delegation of normal
telegraphic traffic c ancerning the conferente.
(Neither of above refers to ACTEL-TELAC series or other
properly eyes only material, which I can control. However
past practice on above has been so much more restrictive
than Department al practice that people with nomal access
to material have found themselves cut - off while at CFM.)
3. List of persons authorized to attend CFN sessions and
provision for rotating a few positions to get all members
of delegation in at some time.
4. Circularize Secretary's daily schedule to top delegation
members and advisers, and
5. specifically issue list of persons who will regularly attend
daily conference at 10: 30.

b. special advisers
c. role of military
6. Determination of clear responsibility for preparing the
morning conference material and briefing the Secretary and
for reviewing with the Secretary material for daily CFM.
7. Clear working and stand-by procedure for Battle-Barnes-
Evans-A sb jornson.
