The Board belfives that no votes vould have been onet against the Korean a1d bill hed the rembers of the Houre known ell of the facte. 2. The Board had studied and was fabiliar with all of the thot of the situstion, which fsote would then be set forth in the letter. 3. The Loard vould then express the hope that the membere of the louse vould inform them nelvos of these faote and would reconsider their action.
