MEMORANDUM OF CONVERSATION
WITH THE PRESIDENT

Visit of Prestient 11 to Vashington
The President is willing, and indeed eager, to see
President Li. He would be glad to have a snall luncheon
for him, but this must be done before the second week
in March. He would like this to be a working luncheon
and would like me to consider very carefully the people
invited. He would like it a small, men's luncheon,
probably of five or six, or in that neighborhood, and
would like to have serious talk at lunch.
Please have ne consulted about the arrangements
before anyone is invited, or dates fixed.
