Plitt, U.S. Delegation In the course of a meeting with the Secretary this morning Princs Faisal set forth the views of his Dovernment in regard to the existing controversy between Saudi Arabia and the UK on the subject of A1 Buraimi and the neighboring areas. For the better understanding of the problem, His Royal llighness summarized the well known back-round of the situation within the area involved in the dispute and outlined to some ex- tent the difficulties confronting the Saudi Arabian Government at this juncture, and solioited the Secretary's help in over- coming them. his Royal Highness recalled his meeting recently with Nr.
