MEMORANDUM
TO: MEMBERS OF THE SEMINAR
FROM: DEAN ACHESON
The memorandum outlining the subject matter for
the seminar meetings for December and January vas
prepared before it was unfortunately necessary to
cancel the November meeting. Consequently the
memoranduma should apply to Januery and February, and
in the December meeting I shall do my best to conclude
the discussion of NATO.
