Dear Edgar:
I was pleased to receive your letter which
I read with interest.
I wish it were possible for me to attend the
meeting scheduled by the Heritage Commission
for November 6, 1973, at 3:30 P.M. in the
Truman Library Auditorium . However, I
regret it will not be possible for me to be
present and I have asked Mr. Rufus Burrus
to act for me.
