TO: Comm. Officer 129th. F. A.
Subject; Request for special Barrage.
(1). Col. Ristinerequest that the barrage on the
accompanying sketch maybe fired by my Battalion in case of need
on telephone call.
(2). The ocdassion for this is the fact, that a patrol
is tonight going to take Dieppe, for the purpose of taking prisoners
This patrol will coneist of 100 men. I
(3). Thave designated D and F Batteriesto be ready
to
kkixx fire this, in case of your approval.
(4) . Col. Ristine request that I notify him as prompt
as possible, if this can be done. If you approve please telephone the
code word Dieppe. In case you do not approve telephone the code word
Verdun.
