The funeral of Ex-President Roosevelt is announced for
Wednesday citernoon, murry 8th. Each military post and
station will display the N tional Flag at half mast and
the troops will be paraded and the announcement read to them
at 3:00 P.M. on the day of the funeral. The Ex-President
salute of 21 guns will be fired. Notify all posts and
organizations under your command. Davis unquote
SCHUYLER".
