Headquarters 35th Division co. American Expeditionary Forces' 4th February 1919. RECORDS G-1 SERVICE" GOVEDE 910. ADMINISTRATIVE MEMORANDUM NO. 6. SUBJECT: uctionsfor Turning in Proper ty 1. In compliance with instructions from Second Army and Headquarters, S.O.S., this Division will prepare immediately to turn in all property preparatory for departure to the United States. Troops will embark with Individual Mobile Equipment, including steel helmets and gas masks, less small arms ammunition. Each officer and First Sergeant will be equipped with a pistol or re- volver and 21 rounds of ammunition, provided they are now in the hands of the organization. No requisitions for same will be sub- mitted. 100 rounds of 30-cal. service ball ammunition for guard purposes will be retained by each organization armed with the rifle, and the organization commander will be responsible for the safe keeping thereof. No organizational property will be kept except records, band instruments, chaplain's, dental and medical combat equipment. Property to be turned in will be prepared in accordance with instructions issued in G. 0. 212, GHQ, AEF, 1918, and G.O. 16, these Headquarters, 2nd February, 1919. 2. In accordance with instructions issued in G. O. 212, GHQ, AEF. 1918, and G. 0. 16, these Headquarters, the commanding General of the 69th Infantry Brigade will designate a field officer as inspector for each of the uni ts of the 70th Infantry Brigade and also the 130th Machine Gun Battalion. The Commanding Oficer of the 70th Infantry Brigade will do likewise for the 69 th Infantry Brigade and the 129th Machine Gun Battalion. The Command- ing General, 60th Artillery Brigade, will arrange for the inspect- ion of the units of his command. The Division Engineer will appoint an inspector for the following units: Headquarters Troop; 110th Engineers; and 110th Supply Train. The Division Signal Officer will appoint an inspector for the 110th Field Signal Battalion and for the 110th Train Head- quarters and the 35th Military Police Company The 110th Mobile Ordnance Repair Shop will be inspected by Captain Dent, Assistant M. T. 0. The 379th and 395th Machine Shop Truck Units will be in- spected by Captain D. S. Sproesser, 110th M. 0. R. S. When possible all inspections will be made in unit areas. 3. General Instructions.
