Headquarters 129th F. A. MEMORANDUM: To all Or ganizations 11 February 1919 884 l. The Commander in Chief, A. E. F. will review this Brigade at 1:00 Feb. 14, 1919. 2. The place of assembly, uniform and formation will be announced later. 3. Organization Commanders will take immediate steps to put their come mands in the highest attainable condition as to state of dl othing and equip- ment between now and that date. 4. The following points will be given particular oare (a) Equipment. Belts, gas masks, first aid pouches, pack Carriers W ill be cleanedi (b) Helmets. Helmets be washed and afterward oiled. (c) Clothing Clothing will be free from mud, spots or similar dirt and shoes will be cleaned and oiled. Leggins cleaned and neatly rolled. (d) Guidons Stafis will be biledand gp ear heads polished (e) Billets Billets will be carefully policed bo th as to interior and sur round ings. Latrines will be clean and clothing and equipment in billets arranged uniformly. Kitchens will be policed, rolling kitchens andi utensils olean and the latter laid out for inspection. (f) Offigers Officers clothing and leather equipment will be Glean and the latter polished. 5. Organization 30 mmander S must know the strength of their organization, number of wounded, number of vener eal cases and action taken in each and be prepared to state whether or not billets, supplies, etc. are adequate andi satisfactory. 6. When the Commender in Chief comes: to an Organization, the Organizat- ion commandier will introduce himself and place himself on his (the C. in c.) and energetio mannero to any questions asked.
