DIVISION FOOTBALL GAME Saturday afternoon at 2:00 oxclock, at Commercy Rifle Range, the 35th Division football team will play the team of the 1th Division in the semi-finals of the second Ariny Championship Both of these teams have played their way into the semi-finals. II. RESULTS OF FIELD DAY EVENTS. The Division Field Day, held at Commercy, Thursday afternoon in connection with the competitive drill resulted as follows: 100 yard dash: First - Davis, 129th Machine Gun Battalion Second - Southern, 129th Machine Gun Battalion Third - Smith, Company F , 139th Iofantry Time - 13 seconds. 220 yard dash: First - Hawkins; 139th Infantry AND Second - Wheeler, 129th Machine Gun Battalion Third - fletcher, 129th Machine Gun Battalion Time - 29-1/5 seconds. 440 yard dash: First - Hughes, Company K. 9 137th Infantry Second - Brown, 35th Division Military Police Company Third - Singley, Company C, 139th Infantry Time - 59-4/5 seconds. Medley Relay: First - 139th Infantry Total points - 139th Infantry 12; 129th Machine Gun Battalion 12; 137th Infantry 5; 35th Division Military Police Company 3. The conduct of the Regimental Games by the 139th Infantry was particularly no teworthy. The Tug=0-War for the Division Championship, which was post- boned, will be held before the football game at Commercy Rifle Range. All organizations desiring to enter a team of 20 men and one officer in same will have teams report to Captain R. J. Redmond, Division Athletic Officer, at the football field at 12:45 P.M., Saturday, Tebruary 22nd. (over)
