veyed, in consideration of the payment of One Dollar and other valuable
consideration, to Jackson County, Missouri, a cortain tract of land,

Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 48,
Bange 31; thence 52° 42 to the left, e distance of 183.7 feet,
thence 23° 57° to the left, a distance of 137 fect, thence 25° 11°
to the left, a distance of 113.8 feot, thence 31° 16° to the
right, a distance of 98 feot, thance 9° 53° to the right, a
distance of 194 feet, thence 99° 43° to the right, a distance
of 111 feet, thenee north a distance of 676.3 feet to the center
line of County road, thence South 86° 30° west, a distance of
371 feet, thence south 1192 feet to a point, said point being
25 feet north and 402.3 feet east of the Southwest corner of
the southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27,
Township 48, Range 31, thence east 29.2 feet to the point of
begiming
Said tract of land contains 7.08 acres, more or less.
Said tract of land lying, being and situated in the Southwest
1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 48, Range 31.
It is further Ordered that Jackson County
the said Charles Ae Calloway and Theress C. Calloway, his wife, a newdeed
in which the said tract of land is property described, and the County Clork
is hereby directed to file the same in the office of the Recorder of
Deeds of Jackson County, Missouri.
