er 95 TA MILMERE 14 REUEOL* pu Boog DE you or apre qoja goz IVP was prim good completed es BE IT KNOWN: en is aux gos agação That on the 17th day of January, 1929, at the annual meeting of the Stockholders of the COMMUNITY SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION, a corporation, incorporated under the laws of the State of Missouri, was held at its home office in the City of Independence, County of Jackson, State of Missouri, and held in accordance with the by-laws of the association, and z according to the notice published in the INDEPENDENCE EXAMINER, a newspaper pub- lished in the County of Jackson, State of Missouri, for a period of ten (10) days prior to said meeting, according to the by-laws of the association, the first insertion of said notice being January 7th, 1929 and the last being OC January 17th, 1929. That at said meeting, Harry S. Truman acted as president thereof, and Arthur Metzger acted as Secretary thereof. That at said meeting there was present in person or by proxy, all of the stockholders holding all of the outstanding stock of the said association. That at said meeting, among other things, there was a proposition submitted to increase the capital stock of said association from One Million Five Hundred Thousand ($1,500,000.00) Dollars to Two Million Five Hundred Thousand ($2,500,000.00) Dollars. And upon a canvass of the vote thereof, it appeared that all of the stock had been voted in favor of such increase.
