of APFIDAVIT. not as sonse asq the Boop yo STATE OF MISSOUR I ) ) ss. un of Jackson ) IIA Llewellyn Jones being duly sworn upon his oath states that he has known the Wallace property on South Main Street in the City of Independence, Missouri, for more than twenty years, the original tract having been con- veyed to J. W. Wallace as per deed recorded in Book 137 at Page 32, Recorder's Office at Independence; that he knows the North boundry line and the possession of said Wallace extended to the South line of what is familiarly known as the Gudgell tract (now Parkwood), and that said North boundry line of said original Wallace tract, as established and maintained by said Wallace, was more than 10 feet North of the North line of Lot 11 Wallace Place, being a subdivision of the original Wallace tract, as per plat on file in the Recorder's Office aforesaid. Affiant further states that J. W. Wallace mentioned in the deed aforesaid and Joseph W. Wallace described in deed recorded in Book 256, at Page 334, is one and the same person. Affiant further states that William S. Palmer des- cribed as grantee in Book 364, at Page 290, is one and the same person as W. S. Palmer described as one of the grantors in deed recorded at Page 363, Page 616, Recorder's Office aforesaid. Further affiant saith not.
