PREMIER STALIN.
In conformity with our understanding, I am announcing
today that the press will not be allowed at TERMINAL and that
all that will be issued from TERMINAL will be such official
communiques as may be decided upon from time to time.
I am sending a similar message to Prime Minister Churchill.
