X-M Bank crossed the signals and gave Jews impression that State was blocking loan which is not true. SNYDER Domestic fiscal situation of govt for coming year is in good shape. PMG Ordinarily July is low month in Post Office revenue. 61% increase over last year has been noted this year in July. This indicates that business is using mails to go after new business. It is a good barometer that business is getting more active. CHAPMAN Senate has restored cuts - and has given highest amount to Interior in history. It is the finest and cleanest appropriations bill in the his- tory of Interior. The bill will allow us to carry out the President's campaign promises in the West. THE PRESIDENT Told Brannan he wanted to arrange conference with Lucas & Anderson on farm program.
