MOLOTOV acted as Chairman.\nMOLOTOV: Our first question relates to Italy and the other\nsatellite states being admitted to the United Nations. This\nquestion was virtually settled at themeeting of the Big Three.\nBYRNES: I did not so understand.\nMOLOTOV: Let us discuss this question today. What other\nquestions are there?\nBYRNES: I have a list of questions for discussion by the\nBig Three. I think I should read it as we are approaching the\nendof the Conference.\nThe pertinent questions are: German economic question\nMOLOTOV: The question of reparations is even more urgent.\nBYRNES: I agree. That is the next question on my list.\nYou may put it first if you wish.\n2. German reparations.\nTRUMAN\n3. Italian and Austrian reparations.\n4.\nOil for western Europe.\nEs S. .NATIONAL\nSERVICE\"\n5. Admission of Italy and satellites to United\nNations.\nMOLOTOV: I thought that was our first item on this after-\nnoon's agenda.\nBYRNES: That is right. I am merely listing the questions\nwithout regard to priority.\n6. Implementation of Yalta agreement on the satellite\nstates.\n7. Policy toward Italy and other satellite states.\nThe paper of the United States has not been acted upon.\nMOLOTOV: What is that?\nBYRNES: The paper presented the first day.\nMOLOTOV: What is contemplated?"
