We asked Mr. Capt to work with
Ralph Paiewonsky, our National Committeeman
for the Virgin Islands, in making recommenda-
tions for the business census to be conducted
there and I assume will want to follow through
x
on that procedure in connection with the
regular census.
If, however, the Chief feels that
we should consult Governor Hastie we will be
guided accordingly.
