252-K filed aide by 10 January 1946 naval 8/22/50 MEMORANDUM FOR GENERAL VAUGHAN The attached copy of the letter to Senator Head from Mr. Robert Carse, is self-explanatory. X Apparently this man wants his name cleared for employment for the posi- tion for which he was first considered. If G-2 will do this, he will resign from his job immediately. In other words, what he is after, is getting his name cleared. I would appreciate it if you would let me talk to you about this as soon as convenient. J.K.V.
