Thanks for yours of the twenty-fifth enclosing
me a statement by Andrew J. Higgins.

I think Mr. Higgins must have sent this state-
ment to everyone of his acquaintances. I have
had at least a half dozen of them and I am trying
my best to get the matter straightened out.
I hope you are well and that your family has
recovered, I think the Republicans displayed
