I wonder if you would be
good enough to look over the at-
tached file and let me know if you
think the State Department should
make a further acknowledgment to
the Sheikh Abdul Khader Bashayan
concorning the disposition of his
gift to the President. Perhaps
this has been dor.e already but our
files do not have any record of
it.
I would appreciate it
if you would return these papers
to me when you have finished with
them.
