June 25, 1948 6 i-20-48 3939 Dear Gertrude: I certainly appreciated your good letter of the seventeenth, All of us were as happy as we could be to see the old members of the High School Class of xPP71170 1901, On the way back home we picked up Charlie Ross' sister, Louise, at Ash Fork, x253 Arizona and she rode with us to Winslow, XA Arizona, Fannie Lou McCoy Finch alsogot on at Ash Fork and rode with us to Winslow. We had a most pleasant visit with those former xPP711066 residents of Independence. x 720 I gave Jimmie Roosevelt a good lecture on x 347 politics while I was out there and I hope it XPP72835 will do him some good. Please say to all the members of the High School Class who were there that Bess and I were happy xPP72 at the chance to see them again. Sincerely yours, HARRY S.
