At our meeting yesterday I forgot to suggest
that hearings on the reorganization plans
should not be held before July fifth, for the
simple reason that the Director of the Budget
is coordinating all the interested people so
that the hearings can proceed in an orderly
manner and we can't be ready before the fifth
of July.
