TOP SECRET
Pursunht to his request I called on Vice Prosident
today. While courtoous he was unusually sorious not
gushing as in provious meetings. Most important points
of hour and three quartors conversation can be summarizod
as follows:
Peron began wi th confused dissertation rogarding
existing "dangerous movement and movements" thich in roply
to my request for clarification of what he moant, ho said,
"I will not tolorat activities of the economic interosts,
S tudents and all othors who are trying to disturb
si tuation intornally and externally. I have the army wi th
me to a man and more than 4,000,000 laborers who
recognize me as their leader and sole benefactor. If these

groups try anything wo vill fight in the stroets and blood
will flow".
