Deputies for Gernany at London, January 14 to February 25, 1947.
Discussion of the matter was continued at the CPM moeting in Mossov.
Agreement has been reached by the four occupying powers thats
1. The CFI (four powers) should prepare a draft tresty
in consultation with representativos of other Allied
ARCHIVES "NATIONAL RECORDS AND
SERVICE"
states;
20 Four permanent committees ghould be set up (political
and constitutional, territorial, economic and repara=
tions, disarmament and demilitarization), with subcom-
mitteea for special problems, to work on substantive
troaty questions under the supervision of the Deputies
and make reports and recommendations

An information and Consultation Conference of Allied
states should be created and non-CFM Allied states, as
well as ex=enemy states who later participated with the
Allies in the war against Germany, ahould be permitted
to present views and receive information;
so The CFM should call a conference to consider the draft
treaty;
3. Germane should be permitted to present views;
6. The final treaty draft should be propared by the cFm
(four powers) in consultation with other Allied states;
