It shows conclusively that I made no mistake in asking you to go to the capital of Argentina as our Ambassador. It is a most dif- ficult post, and one which requires the utmost good sense and ability to fill. 1 think you are doing a good job. 1 will appreciate it if you will keep ne informed as to now progress is made in ac- complishing the things in which we are inter- ested.
