Dear Ed:
I don't understand what became of your letter
of March twenty-fourth. I received a copy of
it today from Mr. Baker and I am giving it
some study.
I do appreciate most highly your taking the
trouble to express your views on that subject.
Our situation is full of dynamite, especially
with the present attitude of the Senate, but I
hope something will come out of it.
