THE To this end I ask that our Govts agree to
instruct our resnective Commanders in Korea to reconvene
the Joint Commission as soon as cossible and charge it
with expediting its work under the terns of the 'oscow
agreement on a basis of resnect for the derocratic
right of freedo of opinion. I further suggest that a
autually accentable d te during the sum er of 1947
