The President
Attached is a memorandum to Mr. Connelly from
John Simmons, Chief of Protocol.
The Korean A mbassader talked to me about this
program and told me that the Children's Bureau
in Oscar Ewing's Department is against the trip
of these Korean kinde For my own part, I am
inclined to overrule them all.
I wish you would make a thorough survey of the
situation and talk to me about it after you have gone
over the proposed program,
