Thanks very much for your letter of the second,
regarding Oscar Chapman's visit. I am glad he
accomplished the purpose for which he went to
Mexico and I appreciate your telling me about it.
I am highly pleased with the manner in which you
are handling our relations with Mexico and I am
glad to tell you about it.
