At the suggestion of the Secretary's Office I attach a
copy of a memorandum to the Secretary regarding Dr. Judah Magnes,
who has an appointment to see the President off-the-record at
10:45 a.m. tomorrow. I likewise attach a copy of a preliminary
draft of a memorandum of the Secretary's conversation with
Dr. Magnes this afternoon.
