Dear Mr. President:
There is enclosed herewith a copy of "Report of
War Aid Furnished by the United States to the U.S.S.R."
This report summarizes the supplies and services which the
United States provided to the U.S.S.R. from the outset of
the U.S.S.R. war effort, June 21, 1941, to the sailing of
the last vessel with Lend-Lease supplies intended for the
war effort, September 20, 1945. It is the final report of
a series, the first of which was issued as of December 31,
1941. The information contained in this report supercedes
any that has been submitted in previous reports.
