I am enclosing a copy of a letter
which I have written to Speaker
Rayburn.
I know you are aware
of the fact that my husband was
interested and thought this
picture would be a valuable addi-
tion to the Capitol and historic-
ally worth while for the future.
This is just to let you know
what I had written to the
Speaker.
