any interest the American Council on NATO might have in our
participation in an Association of NATO veterans. It is very
possible that through the combined efforts of both the American
Council for NATO and the Veterans Committee and that through
our mital interests an effective endeavor would result so to
strengthen the alliance of NATO countries.
I will be glad to furnish you with further details if desired.
Both Captain Eddie Rickenbacker and I will be interested in
