Dear Alex:
I am enclosing you a copy of a
letter which has just been received from
the American Consul at Rotterdam, Nether-
lands, regarding Miss Bianca Cheim. The
letter is self-explanatory.
It was a pleasure, of course, to
write the Consul at Rotterdam in behalf of
Miss Cheim, and I hope that when she makes
her application she will encounter no dif-
ficulty in obtaining her visa.
