A. John Theo Walls.
Q. Have you ever been employed by the CWA?
A. Yes.
Q. How were you notified?
A. By the city engineer.
Q. Did you ever have any trouble in getting paid?
A. Yes.
Q. In what way?
A. The local office told me that the time-keeper - failed to turn
in my time.
Q. Who in local office?
A. Mr. Fouts. Heltold me that the time-keeper failed to turn
in my time.

Q. How long before you were paid?
A. I was paid the following Saturday.
Q. Do you remember the date?
A. I have it here.
R. Do you remember the date that you were notified to go to work?
A. Well, I was employed three weeks.
