MEMORANDUM FOR MR. CRIM:
Mrs. Elphinstone and Lieut. Parker,
who are staying at Blair House, will
attend a dinner at the home of Mr. W. D.
Matthews, Counselor of the Canadian Em-
bassy, on Wednesday evening, October 3lst.
They will return to Blair House for the
reception at 10 o' clock.
