, Oct 31-7002 October 24, 1951 Reathel: The newspaper wonen are asking what Margaret will wear at the dinner at Blair House and at the Canadian Embassy. Mrs. Truman has ven me her dress but she said Margaret did not know. If possible, I would like to have this information before the next press meeting on Tuesday, the 30th. Will you come over to it, please, It will be the usual time- eleven o'clock, and you can answer any questions about Margaret that she wishes to give out. I have told them already, with Mrs. Truman's consent, that Margaret will go to the press party but will not go on the tours to Arlington, etc. on the lst and 2nd. Edith Helm
