    "ocrText": "Copy\nTDENT\nNOT FOR THE PRESS\nDETAILED ITINERARY FOR HRH PRINCESS ELIZABETH\nMATS TERMINAL October 31 4 p.m.\nUpon her arrival with 21 gun salute, HRH will be\ngreeted by the President, Mrs. Truman, Miss Margaret\nTruman, the Cabinet and ladies, certain members of\nCongress, the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps and Mrs.\nMunthe de Morgenstierne, the Commonwealth Ambassadors\nand ladies, and the Commissioners of the District of\nColumbia and ladies. Thereupon TRH, with President\nTruman, will ascend a small platform where, by lourt-\nspeaker, the President will address a few words of wel-\ncome to which HRH will reply. Before they leave the\nplatform, the National Anthems will be played. After\ndescending from the platform there will be a presentation\nof colors followed by an inspection of the honor guard\nby TRH and the President. The party will then proceed\nby slow drive over Memorial Bridge, down Constitution\nAvenue to Fifteenth Street, up Fifteenth Street to Penn-\nsylvania Avenue, and then on Pennsylvania Avenue to\nBlair House.\nCar seating\nThe President's car\nThe President\nPrincess Elizabeth\nCar no. 2\nMrs. Truman\nThe Duke of Edinburgh\nMiss Margaret Truman\nCar no. 3\nCol. Charteris\nMr. Simmons\nMrs. Elphinstone\nIt. Parker\nW/C Cox\nCar no. 4\nThe Canadian Ambassador\nMrs. Wrong\nCar no. 5\nThe British Ambassador\nLady Franks\nThese cars will be followed by those of the other\nCommonwealth Ambassadors. Only the first three cars will\nstop at Blair House. The maid and valet will be driven\ndirect from the airport to Blair House.\nPRESS RECEPTION October 31 5:30-6:30 p.m. Statler Hotel\nAt 5:25 p.m. TRH will leave Blair House, accompanied\nby the following persons:\nCar no. 1\nPrincess Elizabeth\nThe Duke of Edinburgh\nMiss Truman"
