Dear Mrs. Rogers:
I am very sorry that I
must decline the invitation which Chapter B,
P.E.O., has extended to me to join with
them in celebrating their "Fiftieth Anni-
versary" on May 3rd.
Will you express my regrets
to the members and officers of your Chapter
that engagements of long standing prevent
me from being with you that afternoon?
