BARIY ARCHIVES AND RECORDS TRUMAH UNITED
My dear Miss Robbins:
U.S.
SERVICE MENT
Mrs. Truman has asked me to
say that the date of May twelfth is
set for one of the official receptions
which she has scheduled for the month
of May. She is sorry that she will
not be able to receive Mrs. Scurrah,
the President of Supreme Chapter, who
will be in Washington then. She hopes
you will express her regrets to
Mrs. Scurrah that she can not arrange
to see her and the members of your
group that day.
Very sincerely yours,
Mrs. J. M. Helm
Secretary to Mrs. Truman
Miss Essie E. Robbins
