Dear Sir:
Re: Interview of Patrolian
Jerry D. Butchinson, 1778
On November 29, 1963 Jatrolman J.D. Hutchinson
was interviswed by the undersigned officers as to
any information he might nave concerning the shoot-
ing of Lee Harvey Uswald w ich was not covered in
his original report dated November 27, 1963.
ratrolman Hutchinsor stated. after reading his
original report, that the only addition he could
make is that from approximately 11:00 anme when
he was caigned his duty just outside the jail
office doer until the time Lee Harvey Oswald was
shot no one entered the basement from the Police
and Records Building who was not authorized.
Hutchinson further stated that he knows Jagk
Ruby and that he did not gain entranda to the
basement through these double doors from 11:0 ase
until the time of the shooting.
Patrolman dutchinson states that he has not been
contacted by any federal agency it this time.
