November 30, 1963
STATEMENT OF PATROLMAN L. E. JEZ:
I left the Commerce Street ramp entrance of the City Hall to
work traffic at Commerce and Harwood at approximately 11:00 A.M.,
and did not return to the basement prior to the shooting.
I met Jack ituby about three years ago, and know him when I see
him. I did not see tuby in or near the City Hall prior to the
shooting. The last time I saw him was at the Carousel Club
about a month ago.
