Interview of Reserve Officer,
l'atpolman Jiamy D. Hroekway, 398
On Nove-ber 30, 1963 Reserve Officer, l'atrol-
can Jim y D. Brockway wan interviewed by the
undersigned officers as to any information he
sight have the shooting of Lee Harvey
Oavald which was not sovered in his original re-
port dated November 27, 1963.
The only discrepancy found in his original
report is that he reported on duty at apprex-
originally ikately 11:10 reported. inatead lie further of 11:25 stated that as
a.m.
he entered the Folice and courta Building via
the basepent deors on the Commerce street side
and that there was no one on duty at these
doors. However, he stated that there was a
reserve officer on duty on the sidewalk just
outside these doors. Brockway does not remer-
ber who this reverve officer was.
Broekway further states that he has not been
contacted by any federal agency at this time.
