Statement of EARL WAYNE TURNER
Det. S. Scalia received instructions from L. Ivon to interview and
take a statement from EARL WAYNE TURNER regarding certain pictures
contained in the Warren Commission Volumes. TURNER positively
identified pictures of JACK RUBY contained in Volume XIX, pp.
24-34 as a man he had seen, while in the company of PERRY RUSSO,
in some bar in the French Quarter. This took place be tween
January 1963 and June 1964.
